[PySide] Shiboken Threading support done

Hello folks,

Very short news about Shiboken and the PySide bindings produced by it.
We implemented the proper support for threading and the related tests used by
the official PySide are now passing.
Right now only 4 out of 57 tests are failing and we are this close of completing
the QtCore module.

Hooray!
Now back to work.

Try it out with the latest versions of the usual components:

* API Extractor
git clone git://gitorious.org/pyside/apiextractor.git

* Generator Runner
git clone git://gitorious.org/pyside/generatorrunner.git

* Shiboken
git clone git://gitorious.org/pyside/shiboken.git

* PySide-Shiboken
git clone git://gitorious.org/pyside/pyside-shiboken.git

The repos are given in the same order that they should be compiled.
